You need to click the red circle icon below your opera mini page, then a pop-up like this one below would come up.

Second Procedure

You then need to Disable Ad block, like i did and the after that click on the this arrow(>) which is in front of data savings.

Third procedure

When you click on data savings, it takes you to this page, on this page you need to change the data savings from automatic to high, using the drop-down arrow in front of it.
