Design and Display

The glass back has a much nicer feel than the metal one on the iPhone 7, and good news is the extra weight (14g from the iPhone 7 Plus to the iPhone 8 Plus) isn’t noticeable. it looks and feels more premium. It also adds some extra, much-needed grip.

Thankfully, fingerprints aren’t a big deal on the glass back. You’re not wiping the phone on your T-shirt every few minutes, apart from that mirrored Apple logo. (It attracts fingerprints like a magnet). It as a screen size 5.2-inch, with resolution of 1,080 x 1,920

Camera

IPhone 8 plus as a 12-megapixel rear camera and you get a model with dual lenses: one wide-angle and one zoom. Resistance

While Apple markets the iPhone 8 Plus as water-resistant, it is not as water-resistant as other expensive phones, such as the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. While the iPhone 8 Plus can stand up to brief accidental spills, you shouldn’t use it underwater intentionally.

Apple’s warranty and AppleCare+ won’t cover water damage, despite Apple advertising the phone as water-resistant.

Battery
Surprisingly, the battery inside the Apple iPhone 8 Plus is a 2,675mAh unit, which is smaller by 225mAh than the iPhone 7 Plus’ 2,900mAh unit.

Here, the iPhone 8 Plus’ rivals have a clear upper hand. In a video-rundown battery test, in which they set the screen brightness to 170cd/m2 and put the phone in Flight mode, the iPhone 8 Plus lasted 13hrs 54mins before giving up.

Wireless charging

Also the main reason for the glass back is the presence of wireless charging, a first for an iPhone. Apple is playing catchup here.

Since the iPhone 8 plus support wireless charging via third-party accessories using the Qi open wireless standard, you can use dozens of products made by other companies.
