Design and Display
The CX has an aluminium unibody design that looks great and is also slippery,it as a 2.5D glass protection covering the 5.5 inches IPS Full HD display. Camon CX is about 5.6mm slim with a water drop screen.
The resolution is 1080*1920pixels and the device is blessed with a FULL HD IPS display that boasts of 500nit brightness level. Reeading text, browsing through pics under sunlight is one thing you can do with ease on the Camon CX.

Smart Cover
comes with a smart cover. The pouch is quite functional with three helpful screens; a digital clock, music player and the third has torch light and battery percentage. You can access all of these features without having to open the pouch. This is a tradition TECNO has maintained over the years.

Camera
The new Camon CX phone packs an excellent 16MP rear camera which is equipped with aQuad ring Flash. The 6P lens is paired with Sony Exmor R IMX298 image sensor and F/2.0 aperture to enter 20% more light for brighter images. Blue glass is used as IR cut filter lens to effectively remove flare and ghost images. Underneath the CX is a is a mediaTek (MTK) Helio P10 Octa-core 64-bit Cortex-A53 processor clocked at 1.5 GHZ supported by either 2 GB / 3GB RAM and 32 GB storage which can be also supported with Micro-SD up to 128 GB
The Camon CX runs an Os of Android 7.0 Nougat with a skinned UI, HiOS 2.0, on top. HiOS has not changed much since it was first introduced on the Tecno Boom J8 but it’s good to see that Tecno have the latest version of Android running on the CX.

Battery and Fingerprint
Cammon CX banks a 3200mAh battery, which is predicted to last long and gets to 100% within 1 hour charge
On the rear just like the CX air you get a Fingerprint sensor, majorly for the purpose of security and other miscellaneous, e.g taking selfie shots, browsing through pictures e.t.c
